About the Sea Weather Forecasts
Forecasts are issued for open sea as well as Vänern (lake).
Sea weather forecasts are divided into different sea districts. Furthermore forecasts are created for the gulf of Finland, gulf of Riga, southeastern Baltic, southwestern Baltic, the Belts, and four districts in the North Sea.
Issued 4 times per day and updated as needed.
- At 06.15 valid until the following morning.
- At 13.15 valid until the following evening.
- At 16.15 valid until the following evening.
- At 22.15 valid one day.
